Eligibility & Submission
- Set-Aside: Priority will be given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and small business concerns are also encouraged to respond. Organizations not falling into these categories should not submit.
- Submission Requirements: Interested parties must submit a capability statement demonstrating experience and capabilities. This statement should include a cover page, executive summary, technical areas, past performance, and optional additional information. Generic capability statements are not sufficient.
