Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure Infant/Peds/Adult ventilators for the Respiratory and Patient Transport departments due to current equipment being obsolete and unrepairable. This is an urgent request.

• Deliver ventilators promptly and in a timely manner.

• Delivery of items within 30 days of purchase order date.
