To procure a new Topcon Maestro2 Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography (OCTA) system with table, including installation, calibration, warranty, support services, and on-site training for the Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU) Optometry Department.

• Remove and dispose of existing OCTA equipment.

• Install a new Maestro2 OCTA system with table.

• Provide software and upgrades, warranty, user manual, and 24/7 support services.

• Calibrate the equipment for proper function.

• Provide on-site training for approximately 3 optometry staff members.

• Acquire a fully functional FDA-approved OCT-A system.

• Deliver and set up the equipment at the WSSU optometry clinic.

• Provide initial staff training on system operation, workflow integration, and basic troubleshooting.

• Optional: Service contract coverage and connectivity integration with clinic HER/PACS.

• Photography Type: Color & IR (Red-free), Anterior Segment.

• Picture Angle: 45° ± 5% or less, 30° or equivalent (digital zoom).

• Contractor personnel must comply with all facility security protocols and check in daily as visitors.

• Access to the machine's stored images may require a PIV card or temporary access card for uploading to the electronic health record.

• Only trained and authorized personnel to have access to the equipment.

• Pre-installation site assessment required.

• Government will provide network infrastructure access; no other equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors) will be provided.

• Inspection and Acceptance Criteria: Sensory inspection upon delivery, followed by on-site installation, training, and testing. Final inspection and testing report required upon completion.
