Technical Requirements & Access
A Technical Data Package (TDP), distribution statement "D" (limited to Department of War and U.S. DoW contractors), is available. Access requires a current DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Vendors must request TDP access via SAM.gov and email their approved DD Form 2345 to Meika Cole (meika.j.cole.civ@army.mil). If a DD Form 2345 is not current, vendors must apply through the Joint Certification Program, which has an estimated processing time of six to ten weeks. The TDP contains Source Controlled Parts; vendors must provide proof of ability to obtain these from approved sources or submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. First Article Testing (FAT) and Product Verification Test (PVT) are required, with PVT estimated 270 days after award.
