- Data Services Catalog & Policy Development (CLIN 2): Developing and updating a data services catalog and codifying data governance standards and policies.
- Enhancing Data Governance (CLIN 3): Ongoing improvement and oversight of IT and AI governance, including board charters and compliance.
- Analytics & Data Product Innovation (CLIN 4): Designing, piloting, and demonstrating advanced analytics and AI Proof of Concept (POC) solutions.
