Scope of Work
The requirement is for a five-year lease of a fully automated, on-demand Blood Gas Analyzer for arterial, venous, and pleural blood gas testing. The analyzer must measure pH, PCO2, PO2, SO2, tHb, FO2Hb, FCOHb, and FMetHb. The lease agreement must include:
- Data management software with all upgrades and license renewals.
- Installation of the analyzer and training for PIMC Respiratory Therapy staff.
- Warranty coverage for labor, travel, parts, and software upgrades for the lease term.
- Maintenance and technical support.
- Quality controls, reagents, and supplies for approximately 800 tests annually, with quarterly and expedited delivery options. The instrument should feature fully automated sampling, mixing, automatic quality controls, automatic calibrations, and be a non-cartridge-based system.
