Scope of Work

Vendors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter or other OEM documentation. All software licensing, warranty, and service must comply with OEM terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Submission
This procurement gives priority to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act. Interested firms must respond in writing, including:
- Company name, Point of contact
- FSS/SEWP Contract number (if applicable)
- DUNS or SAM Unique Entity Identifier, Tax ID number
- Indication of business category (IEE or ISBEE)
- A capability statement
- Documentation from the manufacturer verifying authorized distributor status.
- Vendors must also complete and submit the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form (Attachment 1) to self-certify eligibility and identify the Federally Recognized Indian Tribe or Alaska Native Corporation.
