Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, service, repair, calibrate, and certify specific thermal spray equipment items located at Hill Air Force Base. Key requirements include:
- Annual on-site visits for inspection, servicing, repair, calibration, adjustment, and certification.
- Adjusting, servicing, repairing, and returning equipment to the most current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) configuration.
- Inspecting and testing equipment functionality, including critical orifices, console safeties, and pressure tests.
- Calibration of pressure gauges, digital displays, flow meters, mass flow controllers, and powder feeders.
- Providing service reports, affixing calibration labels, and identifying deficient parts for authorization.
- Performing emergency response repairs as determined by the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Total parts cost is estimated not to exceed $10,000 for the Period of Performance.
