- Commercial office construction, renovations, and repairs
- MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) repairs, modifications, and replacements
- Fire sprinkler systems repairs/modifications/replacements
- Sitework and exterior construction repair and alterations (facades, roofs)
- Demolition, including hazardous materials abatement
- Elevator modernizations
Contractors may be required to utilize various delivery methods, including Design/Bid/Build (DBB) Traditional, Design/Build (D/B), Design/Build Bridging, and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc).

- Pennsylvania: Most counties (Adams, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montgomery, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Philadelphia, Pike, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming, and York).
- New Jersey: All counties excluding Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union.
- Delaware: Entire State.
Note: Interested contractors are not expected to cover the entire geographical area. GSA may add additional geographic areas within Region 3 and bordering states.
Selection Procedures (Anticipated)
Future contract awards are anticipated to use FAR PART 15.103 source selection procedures, selecting firms offering the best value based on price and technical merit. Award will be made to the highest technically rated firm with a fair and reasonable price.

If unable to use the Google form, an attached form can be completed and returned via email to connor.eagan@gsa.gov. Responses will inform GSA's acquisition decisions.
