Scope of Work

The Government requires an improved security system and software for 8 RV storage lots on JBER. The objective is to replace outdated software and hardware to ensure successful operation, with the new system being cloud-based and controlling all gates individually. Key requirements include:

  • Replacement of existing software and door controllers for 8 gates.
  • Provision of all labor for wiring and connecting the new system.
  • Replacement of 2 card readers per gate and all other necessary hardware.
  • Replacement of backup batteries for power and surge protection for 7 gates.
  • Provision of cellular service subscription and replacement of existing routers at 7 gates for cellular connectivity.
  • Replacement of existing cameras at 8 gates to provide 360-degree views and replacement of servers for monitoring camera feeds.
  • Provision of mobile app access for monitoring and controlling gates.
  • Provision of in-person service maintenance for the system.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements

The system must support unlimited sites, readers, card holders, administrators, and events.
