1. Synopsis

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLC PH) is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing non-personal security administration support services for The Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet’s (COMPACFLT) Special Security Program. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS); which is subject to change, provides detailed requirements.

2. Requirement Overview

3. Eligibility Requirements

Interested parties must meet the following criteria to be considered a qualified source:

  • Be a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
  • Possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
  • Be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

Your Capability Statement must adhere to the following:

  • Page Limit: 5 pages maximum (excluding title page and table of contents).
  • Content:
    • Demonstrate your company’s capability to perform the services described in this notice and the draft PWS. Note: The PWS is a draft and its requirements are subject to change before any potential solicitation.
    • Include the following company information:
      • Company Name & Address
      • CAGE Code & UEI
      • Business Size and SDVOSB status
      • Current Facility Clearance Level (and SCI eligibility)
