1. Synopsis
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLC PH) is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing non-personal security administration support services for The Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet’s (COMPACFLT) Special Security Program. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS); which is subject to change, provides detailed requirements.

3. Eligibility Requirements
Interested parties must meet the following criteria to be considered a qualified source:
- Be a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
- Possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
- Be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
