- National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2020 §848 and 2023 §817 compliant.
- Listed as an approved unmanned aircraft product on the DIU BLUE LIST as of April 13, 2026.
- Flight capable speed at or greater than 100mph (updated April 21, 2026).
