Scope of Work

The anticipated scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for:

• Fabrication and Installation: Supply and install new exterior signage per project specifications, campus maps, building codes, ADA accessibility, and VA design standards.
• Sign Assemblies: Deliver complete directional, informational, and logo signage assemblies in various sizes, maximizing off-site assembly for quality control.
• Material and Durability Standards: Utilize high-quality, weather-resistant materials suitable for Southern Nevada's extreme climate (UV, high temperatures, wind loads), meeting or exceeding industry standards.
• Quality Assurance and Coordination: Submit shop drawings and material samples for approval, provide signpost mock-ups, and coordinate locations, messages, colors, and mounting with the Government.
• Worksite Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain safe, clean, and unobstructed work areas, comply with OSHA, install temporary signage, and remove all debris upon completion.
• Performance Standards: Ensure signage is installed plumb, level, securely anchored, with clear and legible graphics. A minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and materials is required.

• Type: Anticipated to be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
