Sources Sought / Market Research

This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) 21st Contracting Squadron to gather market information regarding potential vendors for the replacement of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) DL380 and DL320 Servers, Direct Access Cable (DACs) storage hardware, and associated TAA compliant components or alternatives. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

The government is seeking information on hardware and accompanying components similar or alternative to HPE, specifically:

• HPE DL380 VDI Hosts (or alternatives) - Qty: 6
• HPE DL320 Management Cluster (or alternatives) - Qty: 4
• DACs – Not TAA Compliant - Qty: 22

Vendors proposing alternatives to HPE must provide detailed configurations and explain how their alternatives are equal.

This is a market research announcement, not a solicitation. The government is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. The results of this research will help determine the procurement method.

• If they are an Authorized Reseller.

• Ability to provide all or similar items listed, including required components on a pre-priced contract vehicle.

• Any foreseen issues with providing the hardware or similar items.

• Estimated delivery time.

• Warranty information.

• Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE/DUNS.

• Representation/Certification of small business socio-economic status (if applicable).
