The IDARNG requires a complete CAM software solution to support fabrication and machining operations utilizing existing Phillips Haas CNC machines (VF-4SS CNC Mill and A-TL-2 CNC Lathe). The solution must seamlessly integrate with the current MasterCam CAD environment to generate, verify, and output machine toolpaths. Key requirements include:

  • Software Licenses: Two (2) perpetual, floating CNC software licenses compatible with Windows 11 PCs, capable of importing STEP and DXF files.
  • Maintenance & Support: Lapsed maintenance (15 months) to update to the current version, annual maintenance/software support, technical support, software updates, and bug fixes.
  • Specific Software Components: Mastercam Mill 3D (for multi-surface machining up to 3-axis with 3D Dynamic Motion Technology, including 3+2 rotary axis positioning support) and Mastercam Lathe maintenance.
  • Training: Instructor-led Mastercam Mill & Lathe Essentials Training for up to four (4) participants, to be completed within the period of performance.
