Scope of Work
The requirement is for the procurement of black cadet parkas, constructed with a shell melton cloth (90% Wool, 10% Nylon), available in various lengths and sizes. Key specifications include:
- Materials: 18-20.5 oz/sq yd Melton cloth (90% reprocessed wool, 10% nylon), 100% Merino Wool flannel for pocket welts. Knit sleeve cuffs, zippers, and thread are also specified.
- Construction: Detailed requirements for stitching (8-9 stitches per inch), seams (3/8" allowance), thread trimming, and labeling. Specific instructions for cutting, manufacturing hoods, pockets, zippers, and closures.
