Scope of Work
The vendor will provide quality services, equipment, and lodging for a four-day event at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. This includes:
- A fully-funded visit for Field Force Members from across the country.
- Transportation from Newark Airport to the Thayer Hotel and back.
- Lodging at the Thayer Hotel.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for four days, including a working dinner, daily briefings, and an AOG Sponsored Tailgate dinner with officer representation.
- Utilization of venues and facilities on West Point is highly recommended.
The event aims to provide Field Force Representatives with an overview of USMA, its outreach efforts, and the admissions process to better assist prospective candidates.
Information Requested
