Scope of Work
The government seeks comprehensive chemical water treatment services for the Whiteriver Indian Health Service Unit. This includes:
- Monthly onsite inspections, water testing, and chemical treatment for:
- Central Plant cooling towers
- Central Plant condensing boilers
- Central Plant water softener
- Central Plant heating closed loop
- Central Plant cooling closed loop
- SSB cooling tower
- SSB closed loop
- Testing and reporting of makeup water characteristics.
- Chemically treating water to prevent scale, corrosion, microbiological contamination, and freezing.
- Providing all necessary chemical testing reagents, kits, instrumentation, and treatment chemicals.
- Submitting monthly reports summarizing inspections, testing, and treatment actions to the COR.
- Ensuring mid-month testing occurs each calendar month as required by Joint Commission standards.
