Quick Summary
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential manufacturers for a Long-Term Contract (LTC) to produce S-280 Shelters. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, not a solicitation. Responses are due by July 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.
Scope of Interest
The Government anticipates a requirement for the manufacture of various configurations of the S-280C/G Shelter, including shielded and unshielded versions, both with and without Mobilizer Adapter Kits. Relevant National Stock Numbers (NSNs) are 5411-01-304-3069 and 5411-01-092-0892. The effort will utilize a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP).

Technical Data Package (TDP) Access
The TDP contains militarily critical, export-controlled data and requires controlled access. Vendors must have an active and approved DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) on file with the Joint Certification Office and request access through SAM.gov. Access will not be granted to foreign-owned, controlled, or influenced (FOCI) firms without prior Government approval.
