Sources Sought Notice

This notice is a market research survey to gather information on industry interest, capabilities, and qualifications for the production of "Strap, Webbing" (NSN: 5340-01-702-8566, Part No. 12927352). The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is using this survey to plan its acquisition strategy for a potential future procurement. Estimated quantities are 362 each for Year 1 and 362 each for Year 2.

A TDP is associated with this procurement and has Distribution Code F, limiting access to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors. Access will be granted to eligible contractors who have a current DD 2345 certification on file with DLIS and submit a request through SAM.gov. Contractors must destroy TDPs after use.

First Article Testing is not required for this item.

• Mark all proprietary information clearly.

Vendors are requested to provide company information, business type (NAICS 332510), and details on their manufacturing capabilities, past performance, production lead times, pricing, quality management systems, commercial availability experience, and any other pertinent information. A current DD 2345 is required to access the TDP.

Confidential or trade secret information must be clearly marked. The government will protect marked confidential data, but unmarked data will not be protected. Use of support contractors may limit consideration for responses with extensive confidential markings.
