Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the state of South Dakota. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of two five-year calendar ordering periods. The total of individual Task Orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $25,000,000.00. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS code 236220 is applicable to this acquisition, $45,000,000.00 is the small business size standard. The Government intends to award a contract to all qualifying offerors. At the Task Order level, the Contracting Officer may set-aside an individual Task Order for other socio-economic programs.
