- Delivery Information: Typical order-to-delivery times, safety concerns for packing/transport, use of subcontractors, delivery origins, annual capacity, estimated completion times, lot/batch quantities, spot delivery, discounts, packaging standards, and restrictions.
- Storage Information: Common storage conditions, safety/environmental concerns for long-term storage, typical duration, shelf life, environmental impact, regulations, material rotation, and safety for storage exceeding 25 years.
- Market Information: Common end uses, anticipated manufacturing/end-user changes (2-5 years), material substitutions, market price volatility, customer market sectors, and additional production/delivery capacity.
- General Information: Provisions for agreements longer than one year, active Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) account, willingness to provide sales data, agreement to FAR clause 52.216-2, SAM.gov registration, CAGE code, and lessons learned.
