Scope of Work
The RFI seeks information on System of Systems (SoS) options for SDA capabilities, focusing on:
- Data ingestion and management across multiple security domains.
- Cross-domain solutions and interoperability with allied systems.
- Analytics, visualization, dashboards, collaboration tools, and mission planning applications.
- Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) for exploitation, anomaly detection, decision support, and workflow optimization.
- Resiliency measures, cybersecurity, and lifecycle sustainment.
- Capabilities for observation processing, object characterization, and orbit determination and dissemination.
Out of scope items include Telemetry, Tracking, and Command (TT&C) functions, direct tasking or commanding of satellites, and ground station operations.

Submission & Evaluation
Vendors should provide information on existing or planned solutions at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6 or greater. Submissions must include capabilities statements, estimated cost/price for services/supplies, and estimated schedules. Responses should not exceed thirty (30) pages, be in PDF or Microsoft Word format, and unclassified responses are preferred. This is for market research only; no award will be made.
Additional Notes
Responses become USG property and will not be returned. The USG and CAN DND do not intend to pay for information received. Non-Government advisors may be used to review responses. Questions should be submitted to ssc.iaf.marketresearch@spaceforce.mil.
