- Hardware and Software Engineering: Support for over 400+ office automation resources (laptops, desktops, servers) across Windows, Mac, and Linux OS, including information servers, management information systems (Oracle, Fusion Middleware), and a wide array of scientific and general software.
- IT Systems and Network Management: Operations, security, and help desk support for the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, user training, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Management Information Systems (MIS) Software Engineering: Development and maintenance of the Space Science Division Management Information System (SSDMIS) using Oracle RDBMS, Forms, Reports, and Linux OS, covering job cost, budget, contracts, personnel, and inventory.

Evaluation
