Specific Requirements
Instructors must be native or near-native Spanish speakers with demonstrated experience teaching adults and must pass security vetting. The contractor will conduct initial needs assessments for student placement, develop learning plans, and track progress. Scheduling must be flexible to accommodate consulate operations (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM local time). Pricing will be based on firm-fixed hourly rates for group instruction, inclusive of materials. Payment will be in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or U.S. Dollars (USD) via EFT within 30 days of invoice approval. The U.S. Government is generally exempt from IVA. Classroom space will be provided at the U.S. Consulate General Monterrey.
