This solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13, with a synopsis exception under FAR 5.202(a)(13). The solicitation number is N00164-26-Q-0085. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments prior to the closing date. For changes after the closing date, only offerors who provide a quote will receive updates. Inspection and acceptance will occur at destination by the Government at NSWC CRANE.
