Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide the 846th Test Squadron (TS) with software maintenance licenses for SpatialAnalyzer (SA) software, which is critical for operating metrology instruments at the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT) to simulate flight environments and ensure test rail and rocket sled tolerances.

• Provide software maintenance licenses for three keys of SpatialAnalyzer Professional and one key of SpatialAnalyzer Ultimate.

• Software maintenance includes updates, bug fixes, and technical support for one year.

• The contract includes options for four (4) additional years of maintenance.

• Software maintenance license keys/activation codes to be delivered electronically to sheridan.hileman@us.af.mil and heather.morris.16@us.af.mil.

• Delivery is required 15 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Acceptance is complete when the Government technical point of contact confirms via email that all four specified product license keys have been received and successfully activated.

• Option Year 2: 1 April 2028 – 31 March 2029

• Maintenance agreements are the manufacturer's standard commercial Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA).
