Scope of Work
The selected Prime Vendor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of a full line of semi-perishable and perishable food items, Food Service Operating Supplies (FSOS), and Ship Store items. This includes a wide range of products such as chilled, frozen, dairy, bakery, beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables, and Government Furnished Material (GFM) like Unitized Group Rations (UGRs) and Meals Ready to Eat (MREs). Services will support authorized DLA customers within two designated Zones, including military, DoD, and non-DoD entities, with potential for new customers to be added.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
- Term: 60 months, structured into three pricing tiers: Tier 1 (24 months, including up to 180-day ramp-up), Tier 2 (18 months), and Tier 3 (18 months).
- Estimated Value: $985,000,000.00 (inclusive of all tiers).
- Maximum Value: $2,955,000,000.00 (300% of estimated value, including surge requirements).
- Guaranteed Minimum: $98,500,000.00.
