The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is soliciting proposals for a Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) to provide comprehensive food and non-food item supply and delivery services to military and federally funded customers across Southwest Asia and Eastern Africa (SWAEA). This is an unrestricted opportunity for a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). Proposals are due February 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.

Scope of Work

The selected Prime Vendor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of a full line of semi-perishable and perishable food items, Food Service Operating Supplies (FSOS), and Ship Store items. This includes a wide range of products such as chilled, frozen, dairy, bakery, beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables, and Government Furnished Material (GFM) like Unitized Group Rations (UGRs) and Meals Ready to Eat (MREs). Services will support authorized DLA customers within two designated Zones, including military, DoD, and non-DoD entities, with potential for new customers to be added.
