Contractors must submit Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) (30 samples per line item) to DLA Troop Support locations for evaluation, which will serve as production standards. Packaging and marking must comply with DLA Troop Support Form 3556 and MIL-STD-129. Products must originate from sanitarily approved establishments, and contractors must have an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program and a Food Defense Plan, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) (21 CFR Part 110).
