Quick Summary
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract to DBA Bell Boeing (CAGE 3B1R2) for 1388 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for V-22 Aircrafts. This is a notice of intent under FAR 6.302, not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested non-OEM sources and surplus dealers are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond. Responses to this synopsis will be considered if received within 45 days of publication (approximately April 27, 2026).
Scope of Work
This procurement covers 1388 specific NSNs for V-22 Aircrafts, to be awarded as a single firm fixed-price contract for all listed NSNs. The contract will have variable quantities over a three-year period with no option years. FOB is Origin, and Inspection/Acceptance varies. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available from the Government.
An attached document, "Tech V22 NIIN List.pdf", provides a list of NIINs and corresponding AMPL Part Numbers. Bidders should review this list to identify relevant parts for their proposed products or services, as this information is critical for accurately responding to specific line items or technical requirements.
