Evaluation
Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Offers will be evaluated on two factors:

- Price: The offered unit price per gallon will be multiplied by the quantity to determine the total offer price. Special Requirements
Offerors are responsible for complying with all DoD installation and Federal Government facility access control measures and procedures. DLA Energy will not be responsible for delays or associated costs at security checkpoints. Quotes containing accelerated payment terms or additional fees for such delays will not be considered. A variation in quantity of +/- 10% is permissible. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
