• Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Technically Acceptable Price process, with the lowest overall price for ALL CLINs.

• Award will be made on an all or none basis.

• Non-price factors (Technical Capability and Past Performance) will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis.

• Technical Capability requires the ability to provide supplies in accordance with the schedule/drawings and within the delivery schedule.

• Past Performance will be evaluated using SPRS, CPARS, or other databases. "Unknown" past performance will be considered acceptable.

• This solicitation is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.

• The size standard for NAICS code 321920 is 500 employees.

• This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.

• FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4 clauses are incorporated by reference or attached.

• Electronic invoicing via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) is required for payment requests and receiving reports.
