Submission Requirements

EOIs should include the responsible party's business name, size and status, type of entity, point of contact, and a brief description of capabilities relevant to the described functions.
Additional Notes
Entities that previously submitted EOIs do not need to resubmit unless they wish to update their information. Submitting an EOI does not commit a party to a future proposal, nor does not submitting an EOI preclude future proposal submissions. The SC is not considering separate awards for individual scope elements at this time.
