  • Mold Abatement Services: Inspection, sampling, testing, and remediation of visible mold, requiring containment and a documented report within 10 days.
  • HVAC Duct Cleaning Services: Inspection and cleaning of air duct systems per NADCA Standard ARC 2025, with reporting of any detected mold.
  • Other Specialty Cleaning Services: Addressing incidents like glycol pipe breaks, fire suppression system breaks, facility water service line breaks, sewage pipe breaks/backups, and biohazard waste.
