Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued in accordance with FAR 12.603 and 13.5. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of Spectro Scientific Fluidscan 1100 Optical Particle Analyzer and associated accessories.

• CLIN 0001: One (1) Spectro Scientific Fluidscan 1100 Handheld Lubricant Condition Monitor (Blue), including casing, Industrial library, route-based oil analysis capability, USB cable, universal battery charger and cable kit, software and manual CDs, USB flash drive, operation guide DVD, and mobile case. Requires SA1001, P/N 800-00135.

• CLIN 0002: One (1) Spectro Scientific Fluidscan Standard Accessory kit, including SPV Pipette and Cleaning pad kit, and IR Check Fluid (5ml) P/N SA1001.

• Period of Performance: 90 Days ARO (After Receipt of Order) for both CLINs.

• Packaging and Marking: Items to be packaged per contractor's commercial best practice. Shipments exceeding 150 lbs, 108 inches in length, or 130 inches in girth plus length must be on skidded crates or palletized for forklift handling. Exterior containers must be marked "NOT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE."

• Inspection and Acceptance: Both CLINs are for inspection and acceptance at the Destination.
