The contractor will provide comprehensive Speech/Language Therapy Services, including evaluations, screenings, comprehensive evaluation reports, participation in IEP meetings, and direct therapy services (individual and group). Other responsibilities include scheduling, in-service training, augmented language and assistive technology/speech training, and maintaining clinical service notes and student files. Compensatory services for the 2026-2027 school year may also be required.
Contract Details
The anticipated award is a single Time and Material (including Labor Hour) purchase order. The period of performance includes a base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, followed by two one-year option periods. The estimated annual service requirement is approximately 1,808 hours. Pricing will be based on an all-inclusive service rate covering labor, supplies, materials, taxes, and travel.
Eligibility & Submission
This acquisition is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns under NAICS Code 621340 (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists) with a $12.5M size standard. Quotes must be submitted electronically in two volumes (Technical, not exceeding 10 pages, and SF1449/Amendments). Evaluation will consider Capabilities, Key Personnel, and Price. A favorable background investigation is required for personnel, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit a signed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form.
