Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To furnish, deliver, and install a complete package of foodservice equipment for the Sphinx Cafe at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB).

• Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and services for procurement and installation.

• All electronic components must be NSA-approved TEMPEST equipment or meet TEMPEST compliance measures as evaluated by a Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA).

• Supply commercial-grade kitchen equipment as specified in attached facility design drawings.

• Coordinate delivery to the WPAFB project site.

• Deliver, set, and install all buyout and custom stainless-steel equipment, including walk-in cooler and freezer units per design specifications.

• Perform final electrical and plumbing tie-ins to capped service points.

• Execute final testing, punch-list completion, and authorized factory start-up.

• Complete installation and setup of all equipment.

• Operational and tested systems post-startup.

• Manufacturer warranty documentation for all installed equipment.

Delivery, installation, and testing must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after contract award, and no later than September 1, 2026.

• All personnel must be U.S. citizens.
• No personal electronics (phones, Bluetooth, etc.) permitted inside the facility.
• The contractor's General Contractor will provide site support (forklift access, dumpsters, clear pathways).
