  • Spin Chamber: A 500mm chamber (18in x 18in) with a minimum 15 bar pressure rating, a 200kg O-ring sealed lid, and a 75mm thick, 100 KSI tensile alloy steel containment chamber.
  • Mechanical Drive: A 60,000 rpm system with a 20 kW air-cooled AC motor and a 6.5:1 ratio speed increaser.
  • Auxiliary Equipment: Includes a vacuum pump (5-minute pump down to 1 Torr), a lubrication system, and associated electrical components.
  • Installation & Training: Secure the machine to the floor, connect power, provide initial startup support, and conduct two days of on-site training for four personnel.
