Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide ground transportation and related services for approximately 20 spouse attendees during the Department of the Air Force (DAFFLO) Spring 2026 Air Attaché Tour in California.

• Provide vehicles (luxury van or mini-coach) capable of safely transporting 20 passengers.

• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, climate-controlled, and compliant with all regulations.

• Provide drivers with functioning microphones/PA systems.

• Drivers must be knowledgeable about local history and culture to provide information during the tour.

• Drivers must be able to enter U.S. military bases and secure facilities.
