• Set-Aside: This RFQ is set aside for small business purchases.
• Supplier Requirements: Offerors must be FAA-Certified suppliers. Distributors of approved sources must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter.
• Ineligible Offers: Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will be ineligible. Offers from non-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable.
