• The contract is for "New Unused stock from the OEM."

• Refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be accepted.

• Quotations must be submitted by close of business on 2026 APR 13.

• The solicitation is being issued under EAF Authority due to urgency.

• Offers received from sources that are not Government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable.

• Distributors of approved sources must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter.

• Past performance will be evaluated as more important than price.

• This RFQ is set aside for small business.

• This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI).

• For P-8/P-3 Platform, FAA certification documentation may accompany individual products if readily available on the commercial market.

• The synopsis is waived based on urgency (FAR 5.202 (a) (2)).
