Contractors must be capable of performing and complying with special requirements, including recurring and nonrecurring engineering services for source qualification. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of the manufacturing/production process, such as supply chain management, logistics, forecasting, long-lead parts procurement, material forecasting, obsolescence issues, and final delivery.
