• Evaluation: Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedure. Proposals must meet minimum technical requirements and be technically acceptable to be eligible for award. Pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness. Cost or pricing data may be required.

• This requirement is limited sourced to two specific vendors: On-Point Defense Technologies LLC and DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC.

• Accelerated delivery is encouraged and authorized at no additional cost to the Government.

• The Contracting Officer reserves the right to require information other than cost or pricing data.

• DPAS Rated Order: This is a DO rated order.

• WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) is required for payment instructions.

This is a synopsis for a one-time buy (OTB) firm fixed-price contract for the IBAS Weapon System, intended for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM). The requirement is for a total of one (1) year period of performance.

• Procurement of the IBAS Weapon System.

• Estimated quantity: 70 each.

• Estimated Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing (FAT): 360 days after contract award (DACA).

• Estimated PLT with FAT: 765 DACA.

This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is for market research to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources for the "IBAS SPARES - LIMITED SOURCE (ON-POINT DEFENSE TECH AND DRS NETWORK)" requirement. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting this research to determine if future efforts can be competitive or set aside for small businesses.
