  • Work Package 2 (Load Leveler Shim Type 01-05): Fabrication, quality management, and packaging of alignment shims for the raft-to-plinth assembly. Deliveries are scheduled from August to November 2026.
  • Work Package 3 (Airloc™ Load Leveler): Procurement and quality acceptance of "Airloc™ 515-KSKC" brand load levelers or equal. Deliveries are scheduled from August to November 2026. Key tasks include fabricating, inspecting, and documenting parts; procuring specified off-the-shelf components with material certifications; packaging for safe transport; labeling for traceability; delivering complete kits; and providing comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.

Non-technical criteria include the offeror's acceptance of the sample subcontract's terms, conditions, and general provisions. First Article approval is required within two weeks of receipt.

Special Requirements

Offerors must complete the ALS-U Supplier Quality Evaluation Survey. Environmental and sustainability requirements, including waste reduction and use of environmentally preferable products, are detailed. A dedicated Project Manager is required, along with monthly schedule/status updates and bi-monthly project meetings. A Windchill project portal will be used for document management.
