The contract aims to provide year-round cleaning services to maintain sanitary conditions for public use at developed and dispersed recreation sites. These sites are located throughout the Sulphur Ranger District, with some accessible via steep, unpaved mountain roads. Key tasks include:

  • Monday Services: Sweeping, trash removal/disposal, liner replacement, cleaning/sanitizing toilets, sinks, interior walls/doors, pressure washing sidewalks, refilling dispensers, restocking toilet paper, and picking up trash within 25 feet of buildings.
  • Friday Services: In addition to Monday tasks, this includes removing cobwebs/bugs/debris from ceilings, walls, and windowsills, and cleaning/sanitizing hand railings and door handles.
  • Standard of Cleanliness: All surfaces must be clean, disinfected, free of dirt/debris, and have a pleasant odor. Bio-based cleaning products are required where feasible, with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) submitted.
  • Performance Standards: A 95% Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is expected, with a maximum of two substantiated customer complaints per month. Government inspections will follow each cleaning.
