Quick Summary

The US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is conducting market research through a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Jordan. This RFI aims to gather information from interested parties to inform a future Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Scope of Work

Services will be performed at various locations including Aqaba Main Port, Aqaba Container Terminal, Royal Jordanian Naval Base, and potentially Muwaffaq Salti Air Base (MSAB) and Marka Air Base. The scope includes stevedoring, longshoring, cargo management, staging, storage, onward movement, intra-port transfers, vessel preparation, documentation, and tallying for cargo types such as vehicles, ammunition and explosives (A&E), hazardous materials (HAZMAT), and general DoD cargo. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), staging space, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and qualified personnel, capable of 24/7 operations and handling multiple vessels simultaneously.
