Services cover US Military cargo such as containers, vehicles (up to 150,000 lbs), breakbulk, and rotary or fixed-wing aircraft, including hazardous, sensitive, controlled, and refrigerated items. Operations are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with a primary focus on the Newport News Marine Terminal within the Ports of Virginia (e.g., Newport News, Hampton Roads, Norfolk). Performance will be measured against objectives focused on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Evaluation and Submission
