Purpose & Scope of Work
AFRL/RWTE requires annual preventative maintenance (PM) visits, repairs, calibrations, and routine servicing for various specialized equipment. Services include:
- Annual PM Visits: One visit per year for multiple presses (Landmark 100kip Model 370.50, Criterion Model C43-504, Landmark 500kip Model 311.41), a load frame (MTS Exceed 42), and a Triaxial system. These include repairs, calibrations, and servicing to meet ASTM accreditation standards.
- Additional Repair Visits: A second annual service visit to repair and recalibrate equipment failing between scheduled PMs.
- Services: Calibration to ASTM accredited standards, routine maintenance, and repair.
- Parts: Contractor provides all necessary parts. A $2500 parts fund is available; government purchases parts exceeding this.
- Location: All services are to be performed on-site at the AFRL/RWTE complex at Eglin AFB, Florida.

Submission Requirements
