NGSC is identified as the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the BQM-34S, possessing unique mission kits, special tooling, software, and support equipment. They are the only known contractor with the requisite knowledge, maintenance experience, and noncommercial technical data/software rights to meet the Government's requirements for the BQM-34S SSAT system.
