Quick Summary

Purpose & Scope

Install approximately 432 linear feet of 7-foot-high chain-link fencing, one 20-foot-wide sliding gate with an automatic operator, and one 12-foot-wide steel swing gate. Construct a "bin block" material storage area with five 12' wide x 14' deep storage bays.
- Rays Garage: Perform site preparation, including grading and compaction of approximately 120 cubic yards of imported fill, and apply a final surface of 3/8 modified altered basalt. Install approximately 303 linear feet of 8-foot-high chain-link fence and one 20-foot-wide double swing gate.
